Solar Light

Solar lights, also known as clean energy lights, are a lighting system that works by converting light energy from sunlight into electricity, which is then charged by the lamp's controller. the battery.

Solar lights are called smart lights because they have the ability to automatically turn on / off the light. During the day, the lights will automatically turn off and the photovoltaic panel will receive sunlight to charge the stored energy into the storage system. At night, thanks to the light sensor controller, the light automatically turns on the switch to emit light intensity. Depending on the energy lamp will give different lighting time.

Solar Water Heater

Solar water heater works on the principle of natural thermal convection, high temperature water will move to the tank and low temperature water will tend to move down the collector to heat. This process repeat continuously until all the water in the tank and the collector is at equilibrium.

In addition, to ensure a constant hot water temperature during use regardless of the weather, the water heater is equipped with a controller with the task of monitoring the system's parameters and controlling the operating resistance. Make sure the water temperature of the system is always between 45 – 75°C.

Distribution Box Solar power system is an indispensable part of the construction and installation of solar power systems. Plays an essential role in the solar power system with the task of transmitting or connecting the electricity generated from the solar power system by the Solar Inverter (Inverter) converting from DC to AC current to grid or electricity storage system (Lead Acid battery, Lithium Battery, …) to serve the electricity demand of customers.

Distribution Box Solar water heater system also known as a Distribution Box Hot water system is a control cabinet that controls and monitors electrical equipment in the system such as the heat pump, circulation pump, booster pump, resistance, booster valve, safety valve, water flow control valve, … according to design requirements.

ISO 9001:2015 – TUV NORD

On July 8, 2024, IREX – a member of SolarBK Group – was recertified by TUV Nord, a leading certification organization headquartered in Germany, with ISO 9001:2015 Certification for its Quality Management System covering the manufacturing and supply of photovoltaic modules (solar panels), electrical cabinets, solar water heating systems, control devices, and electrical data collection systems.

ISO 9001:2015 sets standards for establishing a scientific quality management system aimed at:

ISO 14001:2015 – MS CERT

On February 10, 2025, IREX was recertified by MS Cert. with ISO 14001:2015 Certification for its Environmental Management System, covering the manufacturing and assembly of photovoltaic modules (solar panels), solar water heating systems, and electrical cabinets.

ISO 14001:2015 helps enterprises:

  • Establish an effective environmental management system.
  • Minimize negative environmental impacts throughout production and business operations.
  • Meet ESG compliance requirements from FDI partners and global customers.

IEC 61439 – VINACONTROL

On July 30, 2025, IREX was certified by Vinacontrol CE for compliance with IEC 61439-2:2011 for Low-voltage switchgear and controlgear assemblies. This is one of the strictest international standards in the electrical industry.

This certification is clear evidence of IREX’s commitment to delivering high-quality electrical cabinets that are stable, safe, and durable under all conditions, from industrial to residential environments.

IEC 61215 & IEC 61730 – TÜV SÜD

On March 20, 2025, IREX was certified by TÜV SÜD with IEC 61215 & IEC 61730 standards for Half-cut photovoltaic modules with capacities up to 700Wp.

This demonstrates IREX’s R&D capacity and technology localization, delivering high-capacity products that optimize investment efficiency and align with new technology trends in the renewable energy sector.

IEC/EN 61215 & IEC/EN 61730 – TÜV NORD

On December 6, 2024, IREX was certified by TÜV Nord for IEC/EN 61215 & IEC/EN 61730 standards for Half-cut photovoltaic modules with capacities up to 630Wp.

  • IEC 61215: A standard for testing quality, performance, and durability of photovoltaic modules under harsh conditions, ensuring long-term effective operation.
  • IEC 61730: Focuses on safety requirements, protecting users from risks related to high voltage and electrical incidents.
