Bà Dương Thị Thanh Lương có hơn 40 năm kinh nghiệm và là một trong những chuyên gia hàng đầu trong lĩnh vực năng lượng sạch ngay từ những năm 80 khi ngành năng lượng mới này còn quá xa vời tại Việt Nam. Bà hiện là Chủ tịch HĐQT Tập đoàn SolarBK.

SolarBK Group, which was established in 2006 based on the PhDs’ research experience of up to 40 years from HCM University of Technology, is one of the Vietnamese enterprises that specialize in researching and developing products and solutions using green energy.
SolarBK’s ability to implement projects has been proven thanks to the national key projects such as “Hybrid power supply system for the Spratly Islands using solar and wind energy” (Won Energy Globe Award in 2012), “Seawater desalination by clean energy on Southwest Cay Island”” – Song Tu Tay, Spratly Islands (Won Energy Globe Award in 2016),…
To achieve a greater aspiration on the journey of popularizing renewable energy in daily life, SolarBK Group has established member companies including IREX, SolarESCO, as well as SolarBK to follow the concentration and specialization strategy. A group of experts from Thai Nguyen University of Engineering and Hanoi University of Technology started researching on renewable energy led by Mr. Nguyen Huu Hung.2006
The SolarBK Solar Energy Investment and Development Co., Ltd. – The parent company of IREX Energy Corporation was officially established to release the laboratory products into the market. With a wealth of experience demonstrated through undertaking research of nation-level, city-level and ministerial research on renewable energy equipment as well as receiving a series of excellent awards for impressive results, SolarBK aims to contribute to the development and popularization of green energy in Vietnam.
2008
SolarBK implemented the Green Energy project for the entire Truong Sa Islands. This is the first time that solar panels have been brought to the island, to meet the electricity demand of island soldiers and residents.2012
Inherited the foundation from SolarBK – the leading smart renewable energy corporation with 40 years of research & development in renewable energy, IREX Energy Joint Stock Company was officially established with the aim to be the leader in Solar Power Solution in Vietnam.
2013
IREX focused on building production processes and team training on international standards. During this time, IREX has achieved certification of IEC 61215: 2005, 61730: 2004 by TUV Rheinland.2014
June 2014: Attended InterSolar in Munich, Germany. This is the first time that a Vietnam Solar product manufacturer is proudly presented at one of the world’s largest solar energy fairs. Exported the first orders to Europe, Africa, America, Asia.August 2014: IREX moved to Phu My Industrial Park, No 9, Phu My, Ba Ria – Vung Tau.
September 2014: IREX achieved UL 1703: 2002 Certificate.
2015
June 2015: IREX continued to attend InterSolar in Munich, Germany for the second time.July 2015: IREX built and put into operation the first solar cell manufacturer in Vietnam, started its full initiative in technology, production and quality control of products thoroughly.
2016
IREX joined InterSolar in San Francisco, USAIREX joined InterSolar in San Francisco, USA and established IREX USA. The company focused on the ONE STOP SHOP business model, supplying the solar PV model and providing a full package of PV system solutions in the US market.
Launching the Cutting-Edge SSOC (Solar System Operation Center), which is researched and developed by R&D engineers. SSOC ™ allows the consumers to follow 24/24 data on their usage, operating status, and savings on any mobile device.
2017
February 2017: IREX expanded the business by investing in the Complex High-tech renewable energy factory in Phu My (Ba Ria – Vung Tau Province). The project consisted of two main categories: Green Energy Plant and Research – Development Center of Renewable Energy Products which had a capacity of a Solar Module and Solar Cell up to 350MW.2018
IREX continued its participation in SPI 2018 in the United States. The company completed and commissioned the IREX photovoltaic module manufacturing plant in Phu My (Ba Ria–Vung Tau Province), marking a significant milestone in establishing a fully integrated “Made in Vietnam” solar manufacturing value chain.
2019
IREX achieved ISO 14001:2015 certification for its Environmental Management System. In the same year, photovoltaic modules manufactured at the IREX factory were insured by Munich Re, one of the world’s leading reinsurance companies, reaffirming the international quality standards of IREX products.2020
IREX received the Vietnam Sustainable Energy Award and acquired SkyStream wind power technology from the United States, expanding its research and development capabilities in renewable energy solutions.
2021
IREX celebrated the 10th anniversary of the Truong Sa Solar Power Project (2011–2021), one of the company’s landmark projects utilizing IREX-manufactured solar modules and contributing to the delivery of clean energy to Vietnam’s remote island territories.2022
IREX completed a portfolio of 54 rooftop solar projects across Vincom Retail shopping centers nationwide, further expanding the adoption of solar energy within Vietnam’s modern retail sector.
2023
IREX continued to expand its supply capacity for large-scale commercial and industrial solar projects, including ITL Corporation, while advancing integrated energy storage solutions to support the transition toward a greener energy future.2024
In partnership with VinFast Energy and the Thien Tam Foundation (Vingroup), IREX launched the “SolarHearts – Every Ray of Sunshine, A Brighter Future” program, providing solar-plus-storage systems for 10 schools in remote mountainous regions.
2025
IREX photovoltaic modules were selected for the Phase 1 and Phase 2 rooftop solar projects at the VinFast Manufacturing Complex in Hai Phong, with a total installed capacity of 30 MWp. The project highlights IREX’s manufacturing excellence, product quality, and ability to deliver solutions for large-scale industrial projects that meet international standards.2026
IREX partnered with Hamada (Japan) to develop photovoltaic module recycling solutions, advancing a circular economy approach and contributing to a more sustainable solar energy value chain.

Ông Nguyễn Dương Tuấn có hơn 15 năm kinh nghiệm trong ngành năng lượng sạch, ông cũng là thành viên trong HĐQT Tập đoàn SolarBK. Ông là một trong những người sáng lập, gắn bó với SolarBK ngay từ khi thành lập.
Phó Tổng giám đốc
Bà Sylvie Lam bắt đầu trong vai trò Giám Đốc Nhân Sự của Tập đoàn SolarBK từ năm 2009, đến năm 2020 bà được bổ nhiệm vào vị trí Phó Tổng giám đốc phụ trách quản lý hoạt động công ty.
Giám Đốc Khối Kinh Doanh
Bà Nguyễn Ngọc Quỳnh phụ trách mảng Marketing và là Giám đốc khối kinh doanh của SolarBK – IREX từ tháng 2 năm 2015. Bà chịu trách nhiệm chính về việc mở rộng thị phần và khai phá những thị trường mới trong mảng năng lượng sạch. Với hơn 8 năm kinh nghiệm ở vị trí Giám đốc tiếp thị – Bán hàng, cùng kinh nghiệm điều hành trong lĩnh vực quảng cáo từ trước, bà đã từng bước tạo dựng nên thương hiệu uy tín cho SolarBK, IREX và xây dựng hệ thống, đội ngũ bán hàng bài bản, chuyên nghiệp theo đúng tầm nhìn phát triển của công ty.

Năng lượng toàn cầu 2016
Công ty CP Đầu tư và Phát triển Năng lượng Mặt trời Bách Khoa (SolarBK – Công ty mẹ của IREX) vừa được giải năng lượng toàn cầu Energy Globe 2016, hạng mục National Award Vietnam cho dự án “Hệ thống lọc nước biển bằng năng lượng sạch trên đảo Song Tử Tây”. SolarBK – Công ty mẹ của IREX là đơn vị đầu tiên của Việt Nam 2 lần đoạt giải thưởng Năng lượng toàn cầu.

Năm 2013, thương hiệu SolarBK – Công ty mẹ của IREX đã đạt được giải thưởng Sao Vàng Đất Việt và được vinh danh trong top 100 Thương hiệu hàng đầu Việt Nam.

Năng Lượng Toàn Cầu 2012
Trong tháng 6/2012, Hội đồng giải thưởng Năng Lượng Toàn Cầu chính thức công bố dự án “Hệ thống năng lượng lai ghép gió – mặt trời cung cấp điện cho đảo Trường Sa” do SolarBK – Công ty mẹ của IREX tư vấn, thiết kế và lắp đặt đã đoạt giải Năng lượng. Đây là lần thứ 3 dự án năng lượng sạch của Việt Nam đoạt giải thưởng Năng Lượng Toàn Cầu – một trong số những giải thưởng về năng lượng nổi tiếng và danh giá trên toàn thế giới.

Tháng 10/2011, thương hiệu SolarBK – Công ty mẹ của IREX đã đạt được giải thưởng Sao Vàng Đất Việt và được vinh danh trong top 100 Thương hiệu hàng đầu Việt Nam.
Bằng khen Bộ Tư Lệnh Hải Quân
Solar BK đã nhận được bằng khen của Bộ Tư lệnh Hải quân Việt Nam do đạt thành tích xuất sắc trong tham gia thực hiện dự án thí điểm chiếu sáng và năng lượng sạch Trường Sa năm 2009.
