The BIS (Bureau Of India Standards) Certification Of India For IREX’s Pv Modules

In October 18, 2019, IREX was certified by the Indian Bureau of Standards (BIS), the National Bureau of Standards of the Government of India. *

The BIS certification for IREX’s PV modules in accordance with:
✔️ IS 14286: 2010 / IEC 61215: 2005 standards
✔️ IS/IEC 61730-1:2004
✔️ IS/IEC 61730-2:2004

After analyzing the Indian market, IREX indicated a capacity of 40 MW annually for exporting PV modules to this country. To IREX’s PV modules, the BIS certification is not simply a license for entering and selling in the Indian market, satisfies all installation requirements for safety under the national’s power grid interconnection; but also an important development milestone for IREX’s future business opportunity in this nation of 1.37 billion people. This confirms the quality of Made in Vietnam PV modules equally matches other popular brands from all around the world. The certification from TUV, UL and now BIS has broken the technology barrier for IREX to compete in the International playground; a perfect stepping stone to reach Tier-1 goal in 2020.
